Free Shipping

  • Canada: Free standard shipping on all orders over $110 CAD
  • United States: Free standard shipping on all orders over $86 USD

Orders below these thresholds are subject to shipping fees calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs for both standard and expedited options are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all provinces and territories across Canada and to the continental United States. We do not ship internationally beyond these regions at this time.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by visiting your account on ecocomfort.co.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes & Rural Addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and rural addresses where carrier service is available. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take additional time beyond the standard estimates.


Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.


Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
